For shipping within Australia standard parcel post delivery times apply - please allow up to 5 Business Days (week days) from dispatch.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY
For international shipping standard delivery times apply for orders being sent overseas please allow up 7-10days from dispatch dependant on your location.Â

While we aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible, in some cases there may be unforeseen delays.Â
All orders placed with Sew Hot Laser are made to order please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be dispatched.
If we have an item already on hand we will endeavour to dispatch your order under prompt circumstances.
If you are purchasing an item that is being custom made specifically to your requirements different dispatch and shipping times will apply and you will be advised accordingly.Â
LEATHER ITEMS
Leather products are made to order by Sew Hot Laser. They are a handcrafted item which are hand sewn and production times can be 2 weeks or longer in peak times.

Refunds & Returns Policy

Sew Hot Laser offers a 100% money back guarantee to faulty or damaged products.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING GOODS:
1. All returns must be unused and in their original condition (including all original packaging).
2. You must complete your return within 30 days of the date of your order and you are responsible for arranging the return of the product and all related costs.
3. The original shipping costs to you are not refunded.

CHANGE OF MIND
If you happen to change your mind about a personalised product unfortunately we cannot refund this product as it is personalised and we cannot resell this item.
Please ensure you select your products carefully including spelling of names before purchasing.
